Migrating Netware

We are in the process of migrating Netware NSS volume hosted in a SAN to a Win2K NAS infrastructure. From the storage point of view is there a solution to access to a volume using different FileSystem protocols such as NCP and CIFS. Is there something like Netware NFAP in a NAS market and what about File system rights?
I'm sorry but I just don't have enough experience with Netware to give you an adequate answer. Here's some information from the University of Michigan that might be of use.
