About the White Paper:
This white paper comes in response to post-Sept. 11 business continuity concerns, and emphasizes the criticality of protecting the U.S. financial system from serious new risks. It offers sound practices collected by industry participants during interviews and meetings with the three agencies issuing the paper, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
