SANZ acquires storage management company; files for listing with NASDAQ

SAN Holdings Inc., ("SANZ") based in Denver, Colo. announced it has completed an agreement to acquire Value Technology, Inc. a data storage services provider in neighboring Englewood, Colo. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Value Technology's primary focus is data storage management for major, Wall Street securities firms. Sales in excess of $4 million in 1999. Value Technologies founder, Ross Bernstein, will join SANZ as a vice president and director, responsible for overseeing the continued operations of Value Technology as part of the combined business of SANZ.

SANZ President and CEO, Buck Buxton said that Value Technology opens a new market for SANZ in the Northeast where it plans to expand its presence.

SANZ has also applied for listing approval on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market.
