Iron Mountain introduces e-mail service Iron Mountain Inc. announced the availability of a new e-mail continuity service, delivered via a partnership with MessageOne. The standby e-mail system synchronizes e-mail immediately with the hosted data center. When a customer's primary e-mail system becomes incapacitated, the e-mail continuity service is activated via phone or Web console. The service sends notification of activation to company employees by pager or secondary e-mail address, and employees will be able to access their e-mail from any Web-based browser.
