    Survey highlights: While ranked No. 3 in overall satisfaction in our midrange NAS survey, the respondents were overall very wishy-washy across the board when rating specific items such as overall product features, product management features and number of file systems and capacity. What they didn't like as much, and again, the rankings were bland, was that the product experiences more downtime than they would like and that the vendor doesn't provide comprehensive guidance on the product.
