Crossroads buys Teracruz Storage router manufacturer Crossroads Systems Inc. has purchased the assets of Teracruz Inc., a privately held company located in Huntsville, Ala. The financial details were not disclosed. Teracruz makes performance monitoring software for database and application performance management, service level monitoring that provides management of application and database service levels, and application acceleration technology that provides application response time improvements, reducing demand on database servers.

Net revenues of $30.9 million compared to $34.4 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2004 and $28.8 million reported in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003.
