Rocstor is another vendor offering encrypted disk drives. The firm's Rocsafe fits into a laptop's internal drive bay, whereas its Rocbit models connect using USB or FireWire. The Rocbit drives come in 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch shockproof configurations of up to 500GB. They also ship with EMC/ Dantz Retrospect software so they can be used as a secure backup target.
