Survey Says: Users Like Site Licenses for SRM Software

When it comes to storage resource management (SRM) software, a majority of storage professionals would prefer to buy a single-site license (51%), rather than pay for it by the amount of capacity they are managing (19%). The least popular pricing mechanism is server-based pricing (10%). Survey results were obtained by
TheInfoPro in Wave 4 of its storage survey, performed this summer.
