Survey Says: Measuring storage team productivity

Storage managers are using a variety of methods to get a handle on productivity, according to Wave 8 of TheInfoPro's Storage Study. While some measurements (such as closing help tickets) can be controlled internally, others tend to oversimplify storage activities, according to Robert L. Stevenson, managing director, storage, TheInfoPro.
