Survey Says: Compliance-minded companies opt for CAS

Fortune 1000 companies interviewed by TheInfoPro have set their sights on regulatory compliance, and many are leveraging storage technology to meet those requirements. Content-addressable storage (CAS) arrays and archiving--both of e-mail and files--top the list of compliance enablers. The "Other" category has some interesting storage technologies as well; for example, data deletion, data discovery and information lifecycle management software.
