But applying the same safeguards to all apps equally in a DR plan is likely to result in over protecting the less critical apps while not providing enough assurance for the ones that critical to the business continuity.
By treating all applications equally, the recovery process is burdened by having to restore all applications simultaneously—an unlikely event even in smaller organizations.
