A tutorial is a class that you take online where the class is specific to a product - software or hardware. The tutorial is trying to teach you about the technology, the implementation or the maintenance of a product among the many possibilities.
Documentation can consist of several physical (or electronic) documents that cover user's guides, program guides, illustrated parts catalogs, theory of operations, etc. The documentation can be about anything and can include tutorials so it is a very encompassing term.
