By definition, all of the drives are manufactured to the same basic specifications, so they should all provide you with an excellent backup solution. I have used drives from each of the manufacturers, and haven't noticed any huge differences in performance or reliability from a users level. Since you are asking about libraries though, there could be a sizeable difference in performance and capability, depending upon the library software/hardware being used. Before selecting a library, I would look at this from the angle of "What do I need this library to do for me?" and then find the hardware/software solution that will resolve that problem, and still provide a window of growth.
