The word "archiving" has a number of different definitions. It sounds like you are looking for a way to maintain this data on off-line storage or on near-line storage.
The important thing is that you use the facilities included by the database vendor or by software vendors that specifically work with the database system and are certified by the DB vendor.
Options for databases include extract operations and exports. I would look for companies that provide database management software, not necessarily storage software.
