Who are the key vendors that are providing SAN solutions? We are looking into a total SAN solution and for the moment we like what Dell has to offer as they are using EMC and Brocade. We still, however, would like to shop around a bit. Do you have any advice?

There are MANY companies providing SAN solutions. Numerous Value Added Resellers have the capability to integrate SAN components into interoperable certified environments. For insight into who the main players are, meaning the companies who are leading the industry in developing standards based solutions, you can go to the SNIA site for a list of members.
