Where do you find documentation?

I've inherited sole administrative responsibilities for a CLARiiON FC4500 but somehow all of the documentation disappeared before I arrived. Since we don't have a great relationship with the new vendor, where can I find and/or purchase copies of what I need? Our H/W is predominantly Sun, so we can't get much help from that arena. Thanks in advance for any information.

It has taken some time but I found that the approved way of getting replacement manuals for the FC4500 is to order them (yes, you'll have to pay) through an EMC sales rep. That only makes sense in that the manuals do cost to produce and they are not readily stocked since the FC4500 has really been replaced by the FC4700 in the product line. Since Dell will be selling the CLARiiON line, you might try going through a Dell salesman.
