What are your views on syncSort's Backup Express? We've been using it now for some time and have had great success with it, but this has not come without some serious tweaking. It seemed for a while that backup and restore would become a full-time job, and I still believe this to the be case regardless of the technologies available. Right now we're small enough that we don't have a formal "operations" staff per se, but as the needs of the data center change, I expect that this will become an ever increasing need.

I am only familiar with SynSort's sorting programs. I have not used this program.
