SRM solution for an IBM and Brocade SAN

I'm looking for an SRM solution for an IBM and Brocade SAN. It needs to only perform end-to-end monitoring and performance analysis.

I would be surprised if your company, given who it is, doesn't already have one or more system management packages in-house. My bet is that you have either Tivoli or Unicenter already. Either of these probably will provide you with the end-to-end monitoring and performance data you need.

If you want to consider other software, there is plenty of it to sift through. For the basic elements you mention, the only differentiator I can think of that might matter to you is whether the software offers in-band management. In-band management is new, and if it is right for your situation, it might greatly simplify your installation.
