No easy formula to calculate storage capacity

No easy formula to calculate storage capacity

I am rather new into NAS. Is there a formula to calculate the storage capacity required by a small company of say 20 staff, trading and distribution businesses?

Thanks.

There is no formula. You have to do the homework and figure out the applications and the amount of storage required for the application that would vary from company to company. It would be nice if there was an easier way but there just isn't. Capacity planning is an entire discipline in many if not most of the enterprise data center environments.
