Assuming that your NetApp FAS270 is properly configured for FAS, and specific LUNs have been mapped to your HP-UX 11i server via Fibre Channel, you should be able to treat the Netapp FAS-based LUNs as regular FCP (SCSI Fibre Channel Protocol) volumes. Use your HP LVM tools to configure the LUNs as though they were an FCP-based LUN from any other storage volume including applicable zoning in your fabric.
