I'm sorry but I have to stay out of vendor support issues in this forum. You need to work through EMC for this.
But that doesn't mean I can't try to offer a little bit of help. There is nothing unusual about Exchange (except when working with NAS). If you are trying to use EMC's Celerra for exchange - don't. Just configure block storage that can be mounted by the MS system.
Also, make sure the EMC LUN and the Exchange servers are segregated in their own zone. As a rule of thumb, it is a good idea to segregate all new SAN entities in "private" zones while working out the bugs.
