How do you create a partition in NetApp network attached storage (NAS)? Can you give me the commands?
It is best to learn how to do the basic functions for the product by reading the user's guide and following the steps that are outlined there or taking a formal training course. There may be contextual cases or inadvertent omissions if someone just suggests specific commands to use.

The foundation of knowledge from taking a class or going through the user's guide will be invaluable for future administrative needs. Each specific vendor (and even different products from vendors in some cases) may have some different characteristics that might necessitate a different sequence of administrative actions.
