Collective e-mail backups
How do I take a collective backup of the e-mails I wish to keep available for a while? I use a 128 MB mobile disk for backup followed by a 40GB backup on the server PC.

I assume you're using Exchange, but I'm not sure. If it is Exchange, put the e-mails you want into a folder and then do an export to a file. Put it into personal folder file format (.pst) and output it to whatever directory you want. Your administrator can probably be of help here.
