Q

Choosing NAS

There are so many NASs available on the market. How does one go about choosing one from the other?

As an investor, how do I decide in which start-up company to invest?

There are several approaches. There are some companies that do analysis based capabilities/strength/weaknesses etc. (that is what our company does, http://www.evaluatorgroup.com/. There are some magazines that do independent testing (ZD Labs is one I believe - check out eWeek and Network Computing). If you don't have access to this type of information, the next best thing is to read the material on the Web sites of the vendors and then call some of your friends and see what they have and what they recommend. Personal references are worth a great deal.
