I am not clear on your question. You write: "...what is the value of C++ professional?" It's not clear to me what you mean by "value." Do you mean what salary such a person can obtain? Or do you mean: "Why should I learn C++ in today's market?"

In any event, the world economy changes all the time. Any professional skill a person has is valued by some business. The salary that a company will pay is entirely dependent on what "experience" you bring with you.
