Backing up traveling laptops

How do I backup a traveling user's laptop? I have many sales reps with laptops traveling around the US and I'm researching an enterprise backup plan for disaster/recovery of data on mobile users.

There are a number of products that go after that specific market. They use technologies like redundant file elimination, delta-block incrementals and compression to make it possible to back up data over a dial-up Internet connection.
