The dips are for chip-dippin' and switches are for, well you know, switchin' twitchin' and stitchin' in the kitchen. You can switch dips but you can't dip switches. You can stitch dip-switches by twitchin' them knobs in the kitchen. But if you fidgit too much with the digits, the switcher-diperoo gets all confused and you'll blow the gigabit gasket.
